Configuring the Data Send IDM integration

With this procedure, you can configure the association between a Data Send definition and an IDM document type in Q&A Cloud.

1. In Infor OS Portal, select Navigation Menu > Query & Analysis.
2. On the Data Send IDM Integration tab, specify these fields:

   DataLink

   Select SunSystems Cloud.

   Business Unit

   Select a business unit.

   Data Send Definition

   Select the Data Send definition.

   Document Type

   Select the required document type and click OK.

3. In the Configuration grid, map these fields:

   Business Unit

   Select a business unit.

   Journal Key

   Select a definition field and click OK.

   Note: To set your configuration as the default template, select the Set as default check box.
4. Click Save.
