Configuring the Schedule File - Select File step

  1. On the Select File tab, specify the name of the schedule in the Name field.
  2. In the Report field, click the Search icon to browse for the report file.
  3. In the Storage File window, select a file and click OK.

    Browse to or copy and paste the full path to the report file in the .xlsx file format that is stored on the Storage (STO) page. For example, storage://Monday Reports/Trial Balance.xlsx.

  4. In the Recalculate Option section, select one of these options:
    Option Description
    Recalculate workbook Recalculates the selected workbook.
    Replay saved drill path Recalculates one of the previously saved drill paths. When you select this option, click theSearch icon to browse saved drill paths.
    Recalculate with runtime actions Recalculates the selected workbook with additional runtime actions. When you select this option, the Runtime Actions tab is added to the Schedule Report configuring path.
  5. Click Next.
