Schedules
This functionality is integrated with the SunSystems Cloud Storage (STO)page on which you can access and save reports. These components are supported:
- Summary Report
- Detail Report
- Summary Links
- Reference Links
- Current Drill Path, including Analysis Sheets
Schedules table
On the Schedules tab, a sortable table with these columns is displayed:
- Name
- The name of the schedule.
- Owner
- The email address of the schedule owner.
- Type
- The selected type of schedule. You can schedule a file or a folder.
- Source
- The path to the source file or folder that is stored on the Storage (STO) page. You can click the link to open the browser and view the source file or folder.
- Next Event
- The next action that is planned for your pending schedule.
- Last Result
- The status of the latest completed action.
You can sort records in an ascending or descending order by clicking a column.
To find a particular record, specify a search term in the search fields in any of these columns:
- Name
- Owner
- Source
- Next Event
You can also use the paging buttons to navigate the table pages or to limit the number of displayed records to 10, 25, or 50 per page.
Actions menu
On the Schedules tab, you can use these menu buttons to perform actions:
- adds a new schedule.
- modifies an existing schedule.
- deletes one or multiple selected schedules.
- reassigns the ownership of a selected schedule.
- updates the grid view.
Schedules' status indicators
On the Schedules tab, you can verify the status of your schedules. The column shows these statuses:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Completed | Indicates that all steps of this schedule have been completed. |
Completed With Error | Indicates that this schedule has been completed but some steps are in the Warn status. |
Warn | Indicates that the task was initially set up but the schedule has not been run yet. |
Failed | Indicates that the task has not been completed. |
Security management
All users can access the Schedules tab and can perform actions based on these user roles:
- QAA - Members of this role can create new schedules, and edit or delete schedules that they have previously created. To run a schedule, users must also have the QAA-Extract or the QAA-Design roles.
- QAA-Admin and Infor-Admin - Members of these roles can perform the same actions as members of the QAA user role. Additionally, they can view, edit, and delete schedules from any user and change an owner of a schedule.
