Importing environments

To import Q&A Cloud environment connection profile file, follow these instructions:

  1. Access Microsoft Excel.
  2. Click Query & Analysis tab.
  3. Click Environments from the Misc. section of the ribbon bar.
  4. Click Import.
  5. Search for environment connection profile file you want to import and click Open.
  6. Click Close.
  7. Click Logon to log on using your email and password.
