Installing the Q&A Cloud client

This topic describes the steps required to install the Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in for the first time.

Note: Administrator rights are not needed to install the client software.
  1. Access Infor OS Portal.
  2. Specify Query & Analysis in the search field and select it.
  3. Select the Download client installer and Download environment connection profile links to download the software and connection profile.
  4. Go to C:\Users\User\Downloads.
  5. Double-click QAAClientSetup.exe to open installer.
  6. Click Next and then Install.
  7. Access Microsoft Excel.
  8. Click Query & Analysis tab and then click Logon to log on using your email and password.
  9. Select Environments in the Options group.
  10. Click Import and navigate to the Downloads folder.
  11. Open the downloaded connection profile.
  12. Close the Environments screen and sign in to Q&A Cloud.
