Installing the Q&A Cloud client

This topic describes the steps required to install the Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in for the first time.

Note: Administrator rights are not needed to install the client software.
  1. Open Infor OS Portal.
  2. In the Search field, specify Query & Analysis and select it.
  3. To download the software and connection profile, click the Download client installer and Download environment connection profile links.
  4. Go to the Downloads folder.
  5. Run the QAAClientSetup.exe file.
  6. Click Next and then Install.
  7. Open Microsoft Excel.
  8. On the Query & Analysis tab, click Logon and specify your email and password.
  9. In the Options group, select Environments.
  10. Click Import and browse to the Downloads folder.
  11. Open the downloaded connection profile.
  12. Close the Environments window and sign in to Q&A Cloud.
