Configuring the Schedule Folder - Email step

  1. On the Email tab, select Receive report result and specify this information:
    To
    Specify a recipient's email address.
    Cc
    Specify secondary recipients' email addresses.
    Bcc
    Specify hidden recipients' email addresses.
    Subject
    Specify the email subject.
    Content
    Specify the email content.
  2. To attach the Storage (STO) links to your report, select the Generate drillable hyperlinks (authenticated).
  3. To attach a report sheet to the email, select check boxes for the Excel and CSV file formats.
    Note: To compress attached files into one file, select Zip Attachments.
  4. Optional: Optionally, select Receive error notification to receive an email notification if errors occur during scheduling.
  5. Click Next.
