Configuring the Schedule Folder - Email step
- On the Email tab, select Receive report result and specify this information:
- To
- Specify a recipient's email address.
- Cc
- Specify secondary recipients' email addresses.
- Bcc
- Specify hidden recipients' email addresses.
- Subject
- Specify the email subject.
- Content
- Specify the email content.
- To attach the Storage (STO) links to your report, select the Generate drillable hyperlinks (authenticated).
- To attach a report sheet to the email, select check boxes for the Excel and CSV file formats.
Note: To compress attached files into one file, select Zip Attachments.
- Optional: Optionally, select Receive error notification to receive an email notification if errors occur during scheduling.
- Click Next.
