Configuring the Schedule File - Runtime Actions step

Note: You can configure runtime actions only when you select the Recalculate with runtime actions option on the Select File tab.
  1. On the Runtime Actions tab, click the + icon.
  2. To configure a runtime action, click a blank cell in the Action column in which you can select and configure these runtime actions:
    Recalculate Range (Range)
    Recalculates a specified range. Specify a valid range, for example, A1:A4 in the Parameter1 field.
    Recalculate Worksheet (Worksheet Name)
    Recalculates a specified worksheet. Select a worksheet in the Parameter1 field.
    Recalculate Workbook
    Recalculates an entire workbook. Parameter configuration is optional.
    Run Data Send (File Name, Worksheet Name)
    Sends data from a specified file and worksheet to SunSystems Cloud. Specify the internal definition and worksheet names in the Parameter1and Parameter2 fields, respectively. To use the currently active sheet name, leave the Parameter2 field blank.
    Insert QAA Formula (Cell, QAAformula)
    Inserts a specified QAA formula into a specified cell. Specify the cell address or sheet name, for example, A1 or 'Sheet2'!E1, in the Parameter1 field, and QAA formula, for example, =Infor.QNA_RL("String”,<CellReference1, CellReference2…>), in the Parameter2 field.
    Clear Range (Range)
    Clears a specified range from data, formatting, notes, and comments. Specify a valid range, for example, A1:A4, in the Parameter1 field.
    Delete Range (Range)
    Deletes a specified range including data, formatting, notes, and comments. Specify a valid range, for example, A1:A4, in the Parameter1 field.
  3. Click Next.
