Creating user-defined output

Note: Extraction Type for user-defined ouptuts is Calculated.
  1. Select the query type.
  2. Specify the item filters.
  3. In the output field table, right-click and select User Defined Output.
    Certain user-defined functions such as product or company can be dragged from the filter and dropped on the output list.
  4. Specify a name for the function.
  5. Select a formula from the selection box.
    Text within a formula must be enclosed by quotation marks (" ").
  6. Click Test to test the syntax.
  7. Click Save.
