Configuring the Schedule File - Email step

  1. On the Email tab, select Receive report result and specify this information:
    To
    Specify a recipient's email address.
    Cc
    Specify secondary recipients' email addresses.
    Bcc
    Specify hidden recipients' email addresses.
    Subject
    Specify the email subject.
    Content
    Specify the email content.
  2. Optional: Optionally, to send different report sheets to different recipients, click the Edit icon in the To field and perform these steps:
    1. In the Distribute reports window, click the + icon to add a new recipient, and specify an email address and sheet name.
    2. Click OK to save your changes.
  3. To attach a report sheet to an email, select check boxes for the Excel and CSV file formats.
    Note: To compress attached files into one file, select Zip Attachments.
  4. Optional: Optionally, to receive an email notification if errors occur during scheduling, select Receive error notification.
  5. Click Next.
