Configuring the Schedule File - Email step
- On the Email tab, select Receive report result and specify this information:
           
- To
 - Specify a recipient's email address.
 - Cc
 - Specify secondary recipients' email addresses.
 - Bcc
 - Specify hidden recipients' email addresses.
 - Subject
 - Specify the email subject.
 - Content
 - Specify the email content.
 
 - Optional:  Optionally, to send different report sheets to different recipients, click the Edit icon in the To field and perform these steps:
           
- In the Distribute reports window, click the + icon to add a new recipient, and specify an email address and sheet name.
 - Click OK to save your changes.
 
 - To attach a report sheet to an email, select check boxes for the Excel and CSV file formats.
           Note: To compress attached files into one file, select Zip Attachments.
 - Optional: Optionally, to receive an email notification if errors occur during scheduling, select Receive error notification.
 - Click Next.
