Data Send to SunSystems Cloud in Infor OS Portal

Sending Data from Q&A Cloud to SunSystems Cloud requires you to have the appropriate security permissions and user roles.

  1. In Infor OS Portal, select Security > Manage > Users.
  2. In the Search field, specify your granted user ID and click Save.
  3. Assign SunSystems roles:
    1. In the user details, go to the Security Roles tab.
      By default, users are assigned the Infor-SuiteUser role to access the Cloud URL.
    2. Click the Add new item and search for SunSystems roles.
    3. Assign these SunSystems roles:
      • SUN-SSC-
      • SUN-USERS-
    4. Click Add & Close and then click Save Item.
  4. Log on to the SunSystems Cloud product in the Infor Cloud Suite.
  5. Select Storage.
  6. Select qna folder and click Permissions.
  7. In the Group tab, click Edit and select at least one group selected in Step 3.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Optional: In the Users tab, select a single or multiple users ID provided in Step 2 and click OK.
  10. In the Permission column, select Read/Write permission for each selected group or user ID.
