Silent installation of the Q&A Cloud client

The process of silent installation of the Q&A Cloud client consists of two stages.

In the first stage, the Setup.exe client is installed on the computer and the .iss file is generated under the C:\Windows folder.

In the second stage, the .iss file is run on another computer.
