Expanding and collapsing subtotal rows

You can specify that the details of subtotals are collapsed. That is, the values which contribute to the subtotal are hidden until a user clicks a plus (+) icon. The user can then collapse the subtotals again by clicking the minus (-) icon.

To expand or collapse a subtotal row:

  1. In the Sections window, select Expand All or Collapse All for each Subtotal or Header and Subtotal entry.
  2. Click OK.
