Switching, importing and exporting environments from machine level
Switching, importing and exporting environments of the Q&A Cloud client software using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
differ depeneding on whether you log on as an administrator or a non-administrator
user.
Administrator user
For an administrator user all Environments functions are available. You can switch, import and export environments in the machine level Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in client.
Non-administrator user
For a non-administrator user importing and exporting functions are disabled. You can switch environments and set the selected environment as an active one but only for your current session. Once you close and reopen Excel, the activated environement is the one set by an administrator user.
