Updating the Q&A Cloud client

This topic describes steps required to update Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in.

When logging in to Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in, the client automatically validates the software version. If it is different than the latest version stored on the cloud server, the client version is updated after you restart Excel.

  1. Access Microsoft Excel.
  2. Click Query & Analysis tab and then click Logon to log on using your email and password.
    If your software version is different than the latest version stored on the cloud server, a message is displayed to update the client software.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Select Close from the File menu.
  5. Access Microsoft Excel again.
    The updated Q&A Cloud Excel Add-in is now available.
