Copying columns

You can copy the columns in the report layout.

Note: There is always an empty column at the end of the report design. You cannot copy to this column.
  1. Select the column you want to copy.
    Note: The whole column must be selected.
  2. Move the cursor over the column border.
    Note: The cursor changes to a four-pointed cross, similar to the resizing cursor in Excel.
  3. Press the Ctrl key and hold it while you copy the column.
    Caution: 
    This replaces the data in the column.
