Filtering on named cells

This example procedure will show you how to filter on Named Cells that have been specified for use in the Query Editor.

To filter on a Named Cell:

Select Summary Report.
Select a Product. Double-click the From field for Product and specify SunSystems 6.
Select a Business Unit. Double-click the From field to select a business unit and click OK.
Select a Table. Double-click the From field to select a Table. Select LA/Ledger and click OK.
Specify which Ledger. Double-click the From field to select a ledger and click OK.
Select an account code range. Double-click the From field and select an account code. Double-click the To field and select an account code. Click OK.
Select an accounting period range. Double-click the From field and select an accounting period. Double-click the To field and select an accounting period. Click OK.
After you have populated the filter, click OK.
Query Editor returns data that is based on the filters specified.
