Necessary steps to switch between profiles in Q&A Excel Web Add-in.

Access Q&A Excel Web Add-in.

Click Environment and choose
another tenant in the environment list.

Click Back and Sign In to sign in again.
Note: Having multiple active profiles is not supported.
You can add multiple profiles but only one profile can be active at a
time.
