Software prerequisites

Note: Tenant provisioning must be completed by Infor Cloud Team before Q&A Cloud can be used.

These are the software prerequisites for Q&A Cloud Excel client:

  • Microsoft Office 365 (32-bit & 64-bit)
  • Microsoft Office 2024, 2021, 2019, 2016 (32-bit & 64-bit)
  • Microsoft Windows 11, 10
  • Microsoft .Net 4.7.2 or above.
  • Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime
Note:  Office build 2204 or higher must be installed. Office Insider builds are not supported.

Hardware prerequisites

The minimum hardware specification for the software prerequisites is sufficient for the Q&A Cloud Excel client.
