Including user-defined outputs in your report layout

You can include user defined outputs in Report Designer:

  1. Select a detailed report.
  2. Right-click the Output section and select User Defined Output from the menu.
    The User Defined Output dialog box is displayed.
  3. Specify the Name for your user defined output.
  4. Double-click fields from the Selection list to display in the Formula list.
  5. Select the output type from the list.
  6. Click Test to test your user defined output.
    For example, if you select the formula {LA\Ledger}{LA\Account Code} and output type Number, then you must specify an account code to test your user defined output.
    If the test is successful then the message Test passed is displayed.
  7. Click Save to save your user defined output.
