Using Zero Suppress in rows or columns

To suppress zeros in the current worksheet, complete these steps:

  1. Select the range of cells in which to suppress zero values.
  2. Click Zero Suppress then click Rows or Columns.
    To suppress zero values in both columns and rows, click Rows and Columns.
  3. Optionally, to display suppressed columns or rows, highlight a range of cells which includes the suppressed cells and select Zero Suppress > Undo.
