Q&A Cloud client software

Access to the application data is from Microsoft Excel using an Excel add-in. The Excel add-in installation files must be downloaded from the Query & Analysis Cloud client setup page before the client software is installed on the computer.

Note: After installing the client software, when signing in to Q&A Cloud a message is displayed to update the client software if the version is different in the cloud. After restarting Excel the client version is updated.
