Current Drill Path

You can activate the worksheets displayed in Current Drill Path to display it in Microsoft® Office Excel.

Click any worksheet in the Current Drill Path pane to display it.

To rename a worksheet:

  1. Highlight it then click the rename sheet icon.
  2. Specify a unique name, and click OK. The worksheet is renamed both in Drill Path Manager window, and on the worksheet tab in Microsoft Excel.

To delete a worksheet:

  1. Highlight it then click the remove sheet icon. The All children sheets will be removed too message is displayed.
  2. Click Yes. The worksheet is deleted. If the worksheet has dependent or child worksheets, then these are also deleted.
  • To save the current drill path, click the save current drill path icon. The saved drill path is listed in Saved Drill Paths. You can save many different drill paths to the same workbook.
  • To clear the current drill path, click the clear current drill path icon. The drill path is replaced by a drill path containing the workbook and worksheets you were previously viewing.
  • To add a new worksheet to the drill path, add the worksheet in Excel.
  • To change the current drill path, save the current drill path before selecting a different drill path in the Saved Drill Paths section.
