Suppressing zeros in reports

You can use Zero Suppress to suppress the zero values in a Summary Report or a Detail Report.

  1. Define and generate a Summary Report or a Detail Report.
  2. Click Zero Suppress > Suppress Report.
    All rows and columns containing only zero values are suppressed in the report.
  3. Optionally, to display suppressed columns or rows in the generated report, select Zero Suppress > Undo.
