Suppressing zeros in analysis sheets

After you have run a breakout, expand or drilldown on a summary report, you can suppress zeros in the generated analysis sheets.

  1. Define and generate a Summary Report.
  2. Click Breakout, Expand or Drilldown and add a field to the definition, for example, Currency Code.
    Analysis sheets are generated.
  3. Select an analysis sheet and select Zero Suppress > Suppress Sheet.
    All rows and columns containing only zero values are suppressed in the report.
