You can force a user to change their password on the next login by resetting
their password to blank.
Click the User
Management tab on the Q&A DataLink Server web page.
Select a user record from the list.
Select Manage User > Reset password.
Click Yes to confirm that you want
to reset the password.
The password is reset to blank and the user is forced to change their
password on the next login.
Note: Users
can change their passwords in the Q&A plugin in Excel by selecting Utilities > Change Password. The system user can change all users' passwords in the
Q&A DataLink Server Setup
Utility.
