Clearing users

You can clear the user session and login status from the User Management window. Login information includes the server, date and time the last time the user logged in. You can also clear this information for all users.

  1. Click the User Management tab on the Q&A DataLink Server web page.
  2. Select a user record from the list.
  3. Clear the selected user:
    1. Select a user record from the list.
    2. Select Manage User > Clear User.
    3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to clear the user.
      The login information is cleared for the selected user.
  4. Alternatively, you can clear all users:
    1. Select Manage User > Clear All Users.
    2. Click Yes to confirm that you want to clear all users.
