Adding a user profile

  1. From the Windows Start menu, open DataLink Server Setup Utility.
  2. Expand the Setup tree and select Profiles.
  3. Select Profiles > Add
  4. Specify a Code name and Description.
  5. Expand the Products tree and select SunSystems 6.
  6. Select Connection and select the Connection Enabled check box.
  7. Select User Details. In the Map to User section, click the User ID browse button and select a User ID.
  8. Select Access Tables and select the tables you want to view in Excel.
  9. Select Options. Select the Allow Data Sends check box and select the Data Send tables that you want to view in Data Send.
  10. Expand the Application tree and select Infor Q&A XL.
  11. Select the functions that you want to include in the Q&A Excel ribbon.
  12. Click OK to save your changes.
