Creating an E-mail Process

When you select the email process from the Select Process Type dialog, the Email Process dialog box opens.

The email process sends an email to specified recipients. You can attach files to the email and, optionally, include a log of the task. Optionally, you can zip the attachments.

  1. Specify an email address to send the email. To specify multiple email addresses, separate each email address with a semicolon without spaces. For example, john.smith@example.com;jill.brown@example.com.
  2. Optionally, specify addresses to send a copy, or blind copy.
  3. Specify a subject for the email.
  4. Optionally, specify an email message.
  5. Optionally, specify an attachment to include.
  6. Click OK.
