Managing Alert tasks

When you double-click a task in the Tasks section of Alert Scheduler, the Alert Task Definition dialog box is displayed.

  1. Change the description of your task.
  2. Optionally, select or clear the Allow other users to view, schedule, or execute this task check box.
  3. Optionally, select or clear the Allow other users to edit or delete this task check box.
  4. Optionally, click Add Process (+), in the Processes section, to create a process , select a process and click Delete Process (-) to delete it, click Browse Process(...) to edit it, or click Copy to copy it.
  5. When you have completed managing your processes, click OK.
