Editing a user profile

  1. Select the user profile in the profiles list.
  2. From the Profiles menu select Edit.
  3. Make the required changes to the user profile.
    Note: Tick (NA) Address from Setup > User Profile > Products > SunSystem 6 > Access Tables to allow users assigned to this profile to:
    • have (NA) Address table displayed in the Table dialogue window.
    • add all fields below (NA) Address to output fields or optional filters.
    • have a joined table from available tree view displayed.
    • add all fields below a joined table to output fields or optional filters.
    • get the output when they click Recalculate Workbook, Recalculate Range or Recalculate WorkSheet either from the ribbon menu or macro.
    • verify fields or run data send if these fields are from the restricted table in the Data Send function.
    • open a formula.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
