P&L Consolidated

The P&L Consolidated report uses Summary Links and standard Excel grouping to show monthly and quarterly balances.

The columns that aggregate both companies use a business hierarchy (PK1 + PK2) and not an indirect Excel formula. This allows real-time reporting across multiple databases with the same account structure. For inconsistent account structures, a hierarchy could be used created in the Hierarchy Designer on the Utilities menu.

Note: To open the Summary Link screen, double-click the relevant cell in columns I, L, M, P, S and T.
