Asset Register
The Asset Register report is a Summary report that uses User Defined
Output fields to position the transaction balances into the appropriate aging band, rather
than using filter columns for ageing bands.
The Report Designer is used to format the report to filter the Asset Indicator for each column, and to include subtotals for each account and a grand total for the report.
The report is sorted in ascending order using the Asset Classification Analysis Code, Asset Name, and Asset Code.
These fields are included on the report :
- Asset Classification Analysis Code
- Asset Name
- Asset Code
- Description
- Asset Status
- Start Period
- Last Period
- Base Amount
Note: To open the Summary Report definition screen, double-click cell F11.
