Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts report is a basic Detail Report that extracts accounts from the Chart of Accounts (CA) table.

The Report Designer is used to format the report. The report is sorted in ascending order using the Account Code.

These fields are included on the report:

  • Account Code
  • Description
  • Account Type
  • Lookup Code
  • Status

To open the Detail Report definition screen, double-click cell F6.

This table shows the filters used on the report:

Note: The Filters section on the worksheet controls the selection of the Business Unit, Account Codes and Account Type.
