Keyword-based output for IDM reports
Use the optional keyword settings for IDM document output reports to format report data using keyword-based processing before generating the final output. This approach reduces the need for manual post-processing or external tools.
If keyword-based processing is enabled, the system processes report data using the Operations and Regulations correspondence engine. The manipulated, and optionally transformed, XML is then passed to IDM for final formatting.

When configuring an IDM report, select the Is Keyword Based check box to enable keyword-based processing. You must then specify the XML template that is used to manipulate the data, and an optional XSLT style sheet to transform the XML.
