It enables maintenance managers to identify bottlenecks, prioritize, high-priority tasks, and allocate resources more efficiently to reduce the backlog and improve overall productivity. Permits Totals by Month This report summarizes the total number and valuation of permits issued each month within a user-specified date range and for selected application types. Users must specify a start and end date, and can filter results by application type to focus on specific permit categories. The report displays monthly totals, trends, and breakdowns by application type, helping monitor permitting activity and identify patterns over time. Permits Issued This report displays all building permit applications that have had a permit issued within a user-specified date range, allowing to track permitting activity over time. Users can filter the results by application type, work type, and occupancy type to focus on specific categories of permits. Only permits with an issued date within the selected range and matching the chosen criteria are included, providing a clear view of recent permitting trends and details for operational analysis. Addresses without Account This report identifies properties within a database that lack active billing accounts, signifying the requirement for further investigation. Payment Transaction Details This reports provides payment details (batch, payment, account, transaction, budget numbers) for payments that were posted during a date range. Billing 2026.04
Accounts with Service Position Stop Date This report lists account services with a service position stopped during the specified date range, while the account service remains active. Utility Billing 2025.10
Active Accounts with Direct Debit This report lists active accounts enrolled in a direct debit plan with an effective date and no expiration date. Billing 2025.10
Active Connections This report counts asset-based services currently billed, grouped by account class and area. Utility Billing 2025.10

Unbilled Accounts This report lists active accounts not billed during the specified date range. Billing 2025.10
Write off Eligible Accounts This report lists accounts eligible for write-off based on status and small debt balance. Billing 2025.10
Aged Debtors Summary This report details debtors’ financial position by outstanding debt and age. Billing 2025.10
Refund Eligible Accounts This report lists accounts eligible for refund write-off based on status and credit balance. Billing 2025.10
Negative Consumption This report lists meters with negative consumption, where a meter reading is lower than a previous reading. Because meters do not roll backward, negative consumption usually indicates an incorrect reading. Utility Billing 2025.04
Services with No Start or Stop Dates This report lists account services without a start date and stop date. Bill Run does not bill services without a start date. Agency staff must review and correct these account services. Billing 2025.04
Permit Totals by Month The report shows the number of applications by reporting period, job valuations by application type and by work type, permit fees, plan review fees, and total fees by application type, and square footage. CDR Building Permits & CDR Billing 2025.04
