Troubleshooting
Follow these recommendations to resolve common issues.
Blocked DLL
If required DLLs in the installation directory are blocked, you will see an error stating that an unhandled exception has occurred during the installation process. For example:
Could not load file or assembly ...\Modules\ArcGisProConnector\Hansen.Installation.Modules.ArcGisProConnector.dll or one of its dependencies.
To fix this error, unblock Hansen.Installation.Modules.ArcGisProConnector.dll in the \Modules\ArcGisProConnector folder within the installation directory.
To unblock the DLL, right-click on the file and select Properties. On the General tab of the Properties dialog box, select the Unblock check box. Then click .
