Adding an application status code

  1. Select [CDR module] > Setup > Application Status Code.
  2. Click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify this information:
    Status Code
    Specify a unique name for the status code.
    Description
    Enter a description of the status code.
    Portal Closed Status
    Used for Infor Rhythm for Civics. If this check box is selected, then applications with this status are considered closed in the portal site.
    Effective Date
    Specify the date the status code is effective.
  4. Click Approve.
    Infor Operations and Regulations saves the status code and adds it to each permission group in Access Control that is affected by the code.
  5. When you're finished adding status codes, click Close and specify permissions for the roles in Access Control that are affected by each code.
