Infor Field Inspector Work Management

This license enables access to work order and asset inspection features in the Infor Field Inspector mobile app. However, the license does not provide access to all work order and asset inspection features available in the back office.

Key features include:

• Create and edit work orders
• Reassign, reschedule, and close work orders
• Create, edit, and duplicate asset inspections
• Reassign, reschedule, and close asset inspections
• Add observations to asset inspections
• Add work orders to asset inspections
• Create asset records
• Record resource usage, material usage, and usage for usage groups
• Distribute resource usage
• Record labor usage, group usage, and work order usage
• Use Esri® basemaps

The license also includes service request features:

• Create and edit service request records
• Reassign, reschedule, and resolve service requests
• Record inspection results
• View service request locations on maps

To acquire this license, obtain the Infor Field Inspector Work Management SKU. These are the purchase requirements:

For on-premises deployments, you must own one of these SKUs:

• Asset Management for Utilities (H8AMU)
• Transportation (H8AMTR)
• Facilities (H8AMF)

For SaaS deployments:

• For Single-Tenant (ST) SaaS, you must own the Asset Management Bundle
• For Multi-Tenant (MT) SaaS, you must own either the Asset Management Bundle or the Utility Billing Bundle

Dependencies

The Infor Field Inspector Work Management license requires each named user to hold the appropriate Infor Operations and Regulations Suite Work Management license(s) referenced in the field.

To prevent the use of a Work Management license intended for back-office operations, purchase a dedicated Work Management license specifically for Infor Field Inspector. Assign this license exclusively to Field Inspector users.
