KNOWLEDGEBASE node

The KNOWLEDGEBASE node of the Hansen8 configuration defines knowledge base settings for Operations and Regulations. This node has these attributes:

Attribute	Description
url	URL of the knowledge base. You can use this attribute to override the standard Operations and Regulations knowledge base and use an external system instead. Clicking the Knowledge Base button in Operations and Regulations will open the specified URL. This does not affect knowledge base links in the Utility Billing module, which still use the standard Operations and Regulations knowledge base.
height	Height of the window that Operations and Regulations opens to show the knowledge base.
width	Width of the window that Operations and Regulations opens to show the knowledge base.
