Changing an activity's category

Select Work Management > Setup > Activity Workflow.
In the Activities tree, browse to the activity that you want to move.
To locate an activity in the tree, you can type one or more keywords for the activity or its category in the Keyword field and click Search. Only the activities and categories that match your keywords are displayed in the tree.
Right-click the activity node and select Move Activity.
Select the activity category where you want to move it.
You can also select the root node if you don't want the activity moved into an activity category.
Click Select.
