Disabling a formula

You can use the Workflow Manager to disable an event. Disabling a formula directs Operations and Regulations to ignore the formula when the event that calls it takes place. Disabling a formula for one event does not disable it for all events that call it. If, at a later time, you decide you want to use the formula, you can enable it.

See Enabling a formula.

  1. Select System > Agency Personalization > Workflow Manager.
  2. In the Business Objects tree, browse to the event that calls the formula you want to disable.
  3. Click the "Event" node.
  4. Select the formula you want to disable in the grid on the right.
You can select more than one formula. All formulas and methods that are already disabled show No in the Active column of the grid.
  5. Click Action and select Disable Selected Methods.
Operations and Regulations disables the selected formulas or methods and changes Active to No. These items will not be called until you enable them again.
