Basic configuration

To begin, you will want to configure the map to show your location. Select the MAP node for the correct maplet and add these options:

• extent: Set the geographical extent of the map.
• init-center: Set the coordinates on which the map will be centered when it is first loaded.
• init-zoom: Set the initial zoom level of the map.
• max-zoom: Specify the maximum zoom level for the map.
• min-zoom: Specify the minimum zoom level for the map.

You may also want to use the spatialReference option to set the default spatial reference for the map. If you do not specify a default, then the spatial reference of the first layer will be used.
