Licensing and access control

For your agency to use the Infor Field Inspector mobile app you must assign the correct licenses and access permissions in Infor Operations and Regulations. There are two licenses for the mobile app:

• Infor Field Inspector CDR is the license for all CDR functionality in the mobile app.
• Infor Field Inspector Work Management is the license for the work order and asset inspection functionality in the mobile app.

Both licenses also include service request functionality. Server licenses must be assigned to the server where your Rest Services are installed, and user licenses must be assigned to all users of the mobile app.

In addition, each user of the mobile app must be assigned the permissions in the Rest Services group in Access Control.
