Store and forward exclusions

When the mobile app downloads data from the database and stores it on the mobile device, not all associated information is included. The store and forward functionality in Infor Operations and Regulations Mobile currently excludes these types of information:

• Linked and associated records are not downloaded. For example, when service requests are downloaded, any work orders that are associated with those service requests are not included.
• Queries that accept parameters cannot be used to download data to the mobile device.
• Spatial queries are not downloaded. For example, searching in a map extent is not supported while working offline, and queries using "Nearby *" are not supported.
• For GIS maps, only ESRI providers are supported when the user is working offline.
