Cannot start a record from a map feature

  • Verify that the GIS layer data includes the record key, such as ADDRKEY for an address.
  • For assets, verify that the GIS layer data includes the COMPTYPE.
  • Verify that the record keys in the GIS layer data match the keys in the Infor Operations and Regulations database.
  • Verify that the offlineFilter option in the GIS configuration allows the Infor Operations and Regulations record to by synced.

Maplets do not inherit correctly from other maplets

  • Verify the spelling of the parent attribute in the child maplet.
  • Ensure that there are not multiple maplets with the same ID.

Markers are not displayed on map, even though the card indicates that they have geographic data

  • Verify that the spatial reference used in the GIS configuration is correct. The target spatial reference should be set to 4326. Confirm that Rest Services return valid coordinates for the records.
