Details
Any details that you have defined in Infor Operations and Regulations, such as application and service request details, can be used in the mobile app as well.
Details are shown on a Details tab in the mobile app.
Note: If you want to show a global work order detail page in the mobile app, you must select O&R & Mobile or Mobile from the Display Module list when you define the detail page.
Display formulas that you have defined for your details in Infor Operations and Regulations are not used in the mobile app. All details are shown, regardless of the display formulas.
The correct permissions must be granted in Access Control in Infor Operations and Regulations to use a detail page in the mobile app. For example, permissions for building application details are found under . Under the node is a subgroup for each detail type.
To work with details in the mobile app, you must first create the mobile detail pages. You can also edit the mobile detail pages after they are generated.
