Configuring SSL on an Android device

  1. Download or email the certificate to the mobile device, and save the certificate locally.
  2. On the mobile device, select Settings > Security.
  3. Under Credential Storage, select Install from storage or Install from SD card.
  4. Select the certificate that you're installing and enter the password when prompted.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
  6. To verify that the certificate was installed, select Trusted credentials under Credential Storage in the security settings. You should see the certificate in the list.
