Insights widgets for Billing

There are three insights widgets that you can use to view summary Billing information in Operations and Regulations: Billing Balances for Account, Billing Balances for Identity, and Water Meter.

The widgets can be shown in the Insights context app in the Infor OS smart panel. You must first add an insights group, and then you can add the widgets to your group.

Billing Balances for Account widget

The Billing Balances for Account widget shows the active balance and the total balance for the billing account that is in context. For example, an account is in context when you open it in the Manage Account page.

Billing Balances for Identity widget

The Billing Balances for Identity widgets shows a sum of the active balances and the total balances for all billing accounts for which a contact identity record that is in context is a responsible party. For example, a contact identity is in context when you open the record in the Contact InfoViewer.

Water Meter widget

The Water Meter widget displays associated information for the water meter that is in context. For example, a meter is in context when you open it in the Water Meter InfoViewer.
