Data views

Data views provide a way to find and review operational information without building or configuring reports.

Data views are based on data models that are created by administrators. Data models provide data sets from which you can select the data you want to show in your view. Starting from a data model simplifies the process of selecting the right data.

Note: To use data views, the Data Models and Views feature toggle must be enabled.

To make a data view available, you can add it to the Operations and Regulations menu and share it with other users.

The results of the data view are shown in a grid. You can click a hyperlink in the grid to open a record.
