Workflow Manager

The Workflow Manager gives you access to all of your agency's formulas in a single location.

The tree in the Workflow Manager shows all Operations and Regulations business objects, including both the standard objects and any custom objects that your agency has created. Workflow is built around event handlers that reference specific events relating to a business object, such as when a record is added or updated. If you write a formula for an event handler, the formula will be executed whenever the event occurs.

For example, if you add a formula to the AfterAdd event handler on the Property.Address object, Operations and Regulations will run the formula each time a new address record is added.

Note: Batch processes in Operations and Regulations Billing and Meter Management will bypass any personalized workflow for the affected business objects.
